1. Registration

Registration for MemoSpice courses is done in writing through the online form, via email, or by phone. By registering, you confirm your binding participation in the chosen course.
 

2. Course Fees
Please refer to the respective course description on the Berkowitsch MemoSpice website for the current course fees.
 

3. Payment of Course Fees
The invoice will be sent at least three weeks before the course start. The payment deadline specified on the invoice is binding. Non-payment is not considered as a cancellation.
 

4. Reminder Fees
If the invoice is not paid within 30 days, a reminder will be issued. A fee of CHF 25.00 will be charged for a second reminder.
 

5. Cancellation and Fees

• Up to 10 days before the course begins: No cancellation fee & full refund of the course fee.

• 10 to 3 days before the course begins: 80% refund of the course fee, as personalized materials have already been prepared and printed.

• 2 to 0 days before the course begins: No refund or waiver of the course fee. In case of compelling health reasons and with a doctor's certificate, 80% of the course costs will be refunded or waived.

6. Course Delivery / Teaching Methods

• In-person classes: If the course is not explicitly listed as a webinar, it will take place as an in-person class.

• Webinars: If in-person classes are not possible, Berkowitsch MemoSpice reserves the right to conduct the course as a webinar. Both teaching methods are considered equally valid.

• Changes: Minor changes to the course times may be necessary. Price adjustments due to changes in teaching format or minor adjustments to course times are not possible. Berkowitsch MemoSpice reserves the right to reduce the price if the format change leads to a clear cost reduction.

 

7. Webinar Courses

• Access to the webinar is only permitted for registered individuals.

• For copyright reasons, it is not allowed to record or share the webinar in any form

8. Course Interruptions

If the participant terminates the course early, no refund will be given. If the course is interrupted by Berkowitsch MemoSpice, any unused services will be refunded to the participants.

9. Course Organization / Delivery

• Minimum Number of Participants: A minimum number of participants is required for each course. If this number is not met, the course may be canceled. Already paid course fees will be fully refunded in this case.

• Program Changes: Berkowitsch MemoSpice reserves the right to change the course program, location, and prices before the contract is finalized. Changes will be communicated during booking. Program changes after registration and before the course begins cannot be ruled out. Berkowitsch MemoSpice will inform you as soon as possible about any changes and their impact on the price.

 

10. Course Materials

Course materials are included in the course fee. Redistribution or reproduction of the materials without explicit consent from Berkowitsch MemoSpice is not permitted.

11. Course Confirmation

To receive a course confirmation, a minimum attendance of 90% is required, unless otherwise stated in the respective course details.

12. Data Protection

By registering, you agree that Berkowitsch MemoSpice will use your personal data for course organization and delivery. Your data will not be shared with third parties.

13. Insurance

Accident, health, and liability insurance are the responsibility of the participants. Berkowitsch MemoSpice is not liable for stolen or damaged items.

14. Program and Price Changes

Berkowitsch MemoSpice reserves the right to change the course program, location, and prices before the contract is finalized. Changes will be communicated during booking. Program changes after registration and before the course begins cannot be ruled out. Berkowitsch MemoSpice will inform you as soon as possible about any changes and their impact on the price.

15. Jurisdiction

The jurisdiction is the location of Berkowitsch MemoSpice. Swiss law applies.
